• Access to our MKTE Buyers’ Lounge. This is a dedicated area for all MKTE buyers who are senior travel industry decision makers with direct purchasing responsibility.
• The club facilitates networking, providing the opportunity to meet, greet and discuss business, leading to contracts being signed whilst expanding connections.
• Complimentary refreshments, lunch and Wi-Fi will be provided for the Buyers’ Lounge.
• Access to the Matchmaking system that allows you to have ONE FREE personalized meetings diary where you can arrange for prescheduled meetings with exhibitors of your choice.
• Invitation to attend all MKTE networking events.
• Access to our exclusive discounted rates with partner hotels for accommodation, airline partners and other discounts which will be published on the MKTE Website.
• Complimentary Airport transfers to designated partner hotels hosting buyers. From Airport between dates 26 September to 1 October 2024, To Airport between 04th October to 05th October.
• Complimentary transfers from the designated hotels hosting buyers to the expo venue within the scheduled timings.
• The above benefits valued at $700 will be offered at a discounted registration fee of $100 for the Buyers’ Club that will apply upon confirmation of attendance.

Do I need to make my own travel and accommodation arrangements?

Can non-hosted buyers participate in hosted buyer activities?

• Yes, except for Fam Trips that are only exclusive to the Hosted buyers program.

• Plan your schedule in advance, review the list of exhibitors and sessions, set up meetings with key contacts if possible, and ensure you have all necessary materials (business cards, brochures, etc.).

What should I expect during the expo?
